Bonnie Brae

Bonnie Brae Neighborhood Highlights

Originally built to replicate the Scottish village it was named after, Bonnie Brae (“Pleasant Hill” as it translates) is one of Denver’s most darling and attractive neighborhoods.

Regal stone pillars line the entrance way on Tennessee and Kentucky but its wandering, tree-lined streets and unique architecture is what give this neighborhood character.

In keeping with the style of the old Scottish village there are beautiful Tudors and Brick Ranch Homes as well as International Style, Art Moderne and Mega Mansions. With only 700 homes designated to the neighborhood, Bonnie Brae is the quintessential “quaint” neighborhood.

The 700 block on S University provides the neighborhood with the oldest and most treasured businesses all within walking distance from most homes. Deciding whether to live here just got a whole lot easier.
