Five Points

Named for the four streets that culminates at a fifth point, Five Points in considered on of Denver’s oldest and historic neighborhoods.

So immersed in history and tradition, Five Points is best known for its roots in the Jazz culture and was once referred to as the “Harlem of the West” in consequence of the influx of African-Americans. Five Points was home to and a stop-off point for Jazz greats such as Ella Fitzgerald, Duke Ellington, Dizzy Gillespie and Billy Holiday. To celebrate the neighborhoods cultural diversity and historic significance, each year it hosts the Five Points Jazz Festival.

Mature trees and wide streets, gorgeous old Victorians, many of which have been designated as historical landmarks, are mixed in with new luxury lofts giving the neighborhood a well crafted balance between past and present. Five Points is one of the last remaining neighborhoods where your can get the biggest bang for your buck square footage wise.
