Krisana Park

Krisana Park is nationally recognized as an architectural gem and has been featured on many television design shows. There are even house tours everyday of the week to show off the uniqueness of the neighborhood. In addition, nestled quietly between Cherry Creek, DTC and Downtown, residents can experience the best of Denver.

The most compelling aspects of Krisana Park has to be its homes. The neighborhood was inspired by renowned developer and architect Joseph Eichler who is famed for introducing Mid-century modern California contemporary architecture. In 1954, Denver developer H.B. Wolff put into action a 175 home neighborhood inspired by Eichler’s architecture. Wolff claimed Krisana Park would be Denver’s first properly planned subdivision due to the cohesive relationship between designer, builder and landscape architect team.
